Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3....

Where to start? What will I write about? Who will want to read it?
I've been procrastinating about starting for months now but at last I have to make a start!

The classes have been posted for January, February and March of 2011 and Christmas is on its way. Now is as good a time as any, right?

So right now I am working on the Infants' Wardrobe pattern. There have been so many delays but it is at the point where I have to do some test fittings before the pattern is 'inked in'. It is all graded and the instructions are roughed in as well. There is a shirt, jacket, pants, kilt and Scottish tam. So now it is back to the sewing machine and then meeting with the 'test fitting' babies.

My other attention is focused on creating a collection of three Christmas decorations which will be hung in the art gallery in London, ON early next year. They will be part of an exhibit  that is being mounted in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the Embroiderers' Guild of London and their conference at the University of Western Ontario early next May.

More in the next post.....
